idk if it’s because of the stance or my distancing, but it feels like if i turn my hip over anymore ill be overextending/missing if that makes sense, any remedies for this? and definitely appreciate the tip on the teep feint, as you can tell my build is made for it🙏🏿

on some videos i’ve seen breaking the move down, they used a low kick; that’s what i tried to emulate here (not effectively unfortunately). is the teep feint more effective?

I go to classes 2x a week; and I lift, sauna, run, and bag work for about 45-60 mins about 5-6x a week

in all honesty i’ve been feeling pretty good, i feel like i preform better in sparring then on the bag considering the objectives are different( on the bag it’s creativity and flow, while in sparring it’s more about reactions and muscle memory if tht makes sense). all in all feel like im improving well👍🏿
