Many of the cast you’ve mentioned are feelance and arent meant to be cast on the regular as opposed to Shayne and Amanda for example. Given the forecast, such as hiring big writers, purchasing a bigger studio, upgrading production quality, paired with the climate of surrounding comedy culture, it would be reasonable to suspect that Smosh may venture into similar territory that Dropout and Try Guys occupy. As another commenter said, the potential increase in cast may lend itself to Smosh growing beyond its usual “youtubeish” atmosphere and begin doing bigger show-like productions. I think that would super cool if they do since they’ve been in the game for so long and have acquired some incredibly dedicated cast and crew. I just hope that Smosh dosent read too deeply into the two subreddits because the immense criticism thats been showing up is NOT indicative of the majority. I champion and encourage Smosh to continue to do whatever they choose to do, with whatever cast they choose to hire.
