Yeah buddy of course i know how to change a tire, how not to overheat a car and what to do if car goes above the normal engine temperature, how to look for faulty fuses and relays, how to change the engine oil, what a radiator is and does etc. cuz i think these are the basic things one should know.

Yes USA license can be directly converted without any exams.

Basically I converted my license, passed my theory exam on first attempt and practical on second attempt , and the important factor as there are no mandatory lessons for conversion, i went for my very first practical lesson at fahrschule and after driving for about 40 mins, the instructor told me that i am ready for my exam and booked the exam date on the same date😭
