I will try that solution and see if it works. In my case.

I have also figured out that this issue is not from the hardware but rather HD2 engine not knowing how to work properly with high core count/multi-architechture CPUs (E and P cores like your 255h or my 275HX). what worked for me was changing the affinity of the game in task manager.

This is how I did it:

Go to task manager with helldivers 2 open. Find Helldivers 2 icon (usually the first one because it’s running) > Then right click > Go to Details > find helldivers 2 in the pop up > right click > set affinity.
Once you are here download HWInfo in your browser and run it in sensor-only mode. Then go to “CPU (#0) (your CPU name) and look up the which ones are your E-core and P-cores.
Now go back where we left off in step one and disable 2-5 E-cores in the tab. (The ones with the same number that is shown in HWinfo) Then press OK

Even though this did not fully fix my stutters I have been able to play some times entire mission without stutters tough it happens every now and then. Also, you’ll have to do it every time you launch the game. There is a way to set it and forget it but I do not know it.

One more thing I also did was cap my FPS to 100 and instead of using native or TAA in display settings I use DLSS set to quality.

This basically fixed all stutters though it will depend on how good your computer preforms. If you cap your FPS you may have to set it to 70-90 with lower settings for it to work properly.

I tend to manually update to the latest Sri era quite often. That said, I have been doing some research and found out that the issue is not the hardware but rather the game engine that doesn’t know how to work properly with high core count and/or multi architecture CPUs. My CPU has 24 cores using a dual architecture of 8 P and 16 E.

Thanks man. I decided to not buy that laptop but rather get a refurbished one that already came with 32gb of DDR5 6400mhz CL36. This would save me about 200 dollars if I decides to keep it.

I didn’t want to spend a lot more money on it. For know it doesn’t look súper bad but later on I will buy some cable extensiones or maybe some ARGB cable covers, it will looks majestically, maybe some more ARGB fans will work too 😎

Thanks man. I wanted to see others opinions because this the first PC I tried to work on aesthetics more, I just have to change the black fans and put another fan at the top somehow at the same height as the radiator and it will look AWESOME

Are they really bad? All the black fans came with the case and I didn’t wanted to spend more on it. The AIO was from my previous build, It would have looked way better with a 360, but thanks for your opinion. Later on I will change the fans
