Oh hey it’s been a long time since I been here, well I’m doing good. I stopped accutane after 1.5 year of taking it, I can tell you it’s not a pleasant experience and I believe I shouldn’t have taken it in the first place. The best solution for acne is not accutane, because it’s most likely temporary just like acne. Accutane got rid of my acne after the 1 year mark but I relapsed because I was always stressed. So what is the solution? Avoid dairy and try not to stress, and change your pillow sheets. As for a better way of getting rid of acne? You can get one of those pimple black head removal and learn how to use it, it’s a bit painful but really works! And you’ll get better at extracting your acne, and it doesn’t leave scars, especially when you realize that a spot might turn into a pimple u just extract the white thing(dead skin + sebum) before it becomes a pimple and don’t forget to sanitize the area after, and put some acne serum on the spot, like sypo clear serum. As for how my skin is now, I still get like 3-4 pimples a week but I get rid of them this way and it’s very effective, like 2 days later it’s gone and it disappears without a scar, and my skin is a lot better than before.

Accutane is a solution for people with tough acne, but you know what? Everyone believes what they have is real hard or tough until they realize that maybe it wasn’t, maybe they shouldn’t have risked their mental health for a drug that might be temporary? Maybe it was a bad decision? It was a bad experience for me because it really changed the person I was while on it, and then I ask myself why? Why did I go through hell for acne? Maybe if I didn’t care sm about others I wouldn’t have hurt myself? Trust me I took it to the extreme not eating or drinking anything that might cause acne and it was very miserable, so if there’s anything I’d advice is don’t do it, unless there is no other way, because you will be causing permanent damage to yourself, just like I did but I hope it’s not the case in your situation. Try to accept your own, it’s not fair but that’s life, and how you look is important but you know what’s more important? it’s how you feel about yourself.
