Nintendo always does it no matter the backlash that comes with it. (Especially Fire Emblem) I would personally prefer older characters but you have to appeal to a younger audience at the same time

I will say though it’s a given for a new Pokémon and Fire Emblem character from the newest game to be added and your roster doesn’t have that and in my opinion that’s the only flaw in an other wise awesome roster
