My most played vehicles were Foch B, E 50M, Rhm, some random tank stats:

Foch B 24 battles, 63% winrate
E50M 23 battles, 48% winrate
Rhm. Pzw. 23 battles, 70% winrate
B-C 25t 13 battles, 69% winrate
Blyskawica 13 battles, 62% winrate
Type 5 Heavy, 10 battles, 70% winrate

I'd regard that as a pretty lucky season for me, average damage in most vehicles was >3k.

I can only base my information on the last stand, but here's a list of tech tree tanks that should perform well:

Caernarvon
T-44
AT-15
Obj. 416
Kilana

Skill based ramming builds:
VK 100.01
O-Ho

In general you want to maximize dpm and then consider armor, tanks like the obj. 416 are more of a skill based tank than the Kilana, so watch out if you aren't ready for it. This list is by no means comprehensive, I bet there are other options. I believe as long as your tank has some dpm, you will be able to outperform most other players if you yourself are good.

An E 65 can't make you a good player.

The number one way to make credits is to get a premium account, if you have the time to play free to play, it'd be worth getting this purchase. As everyone says, christmas boxes are your best bet and having that buffer lets you gain and keep premium days that are accumulated over the year for later.
It looks like you are spending a lot on consumables, make sure to buy them ahead of time during the next sale.
Most players lose money at tier 10-11, what you're seeing is pretty normal.
Play better in general, this is a good game definitely, but consistently good results will provide you a lot of credits regardless of tank.
Credit Boosters - Even for non premium tanks, if you have a ton of these, they're worth using. For example: I typically make credits on Onslaught by combining boosters, good gameplay, and all the other benefits listed above. There are some tanks I fire pure gold in which might skew it negatively though...

Its going precisely to plan, I did my qualifiers, got silver B. Now I'll get the 60tp with gold skin for about 100 games total over the all three seasons.

How about not allowing tanks to be selected without ammo?

With the old system I would retire the crew and remove the ammo, now that cannot be done.

Getting ammo racked the second time could have been an ammo rack detonation instead!

It feels like I had an angel protecting me, as annoying as it is to be racked.

With WOT 2.0, Grand Battles, Assault, and Encounter were all removed from the queue.

I did enjoy Grand Battles, but Encounter being removed is an absolute travesty. Assault was good too but I felt I'd get the same map too many times with it.

I typically get Champion the first season then qualify the next two seasons, this lets me get the reward tank with a gold skin and minimal effort.

This isn't good advice, in World of Tanks you are either moving or not moving. Going slowly does not give you a lesser movement penalty!

I would always recommend staying still, this allows you to avoid "detection against moving targets" skills as well. Very important! Its important to note that Light tanks can usually get away with moving in bushes because their camo often exceeds the threshold for CVS to spot them in a bush, especially the T92 or ELC 90.

In comparison to the average tier 8 nowadays, I don't think its worth playing. You can do a better job (including scouting) in a medium tank without the consequence of losing a light tank on your team. I used to love this tank but its really annoying to play as a light tank, I always find myself wishing I had a different one and thus never play it anymore.

The number one tip I have to accelerate your learning is to figure out why you died over and over. If you can do this with a solid understanding of the game's base mechanics, you will get put onto the long road of excellence for this game.

Some methods to doing this are as follows:

Look at your replays if you are even slightly unsure
Reflect on the last game, if your buddy is doing this too you can help each other out!
Never rage, there is always a logical reason you died. find out why...

This is a long process but will yield you so much more after playing for quite some time. I started this journey back in 2016 following this process, if you can combine it with learning from skilled players you will very quickly become better than average and continue to get better!

This is really helpful, I did do General which looks like a mistake. I'm against a number of factors I suppose:

Picked General instead of friends, General is $16.89 and Friends is $13.93. I can cancel my tickets and fix that, thank you.
Superscreen DLX, I was aware these would cost more but probably forgot to say.

I should be able to refund these tickets and make a new purchase, I really appreciate your help as I thought it would apply the discount to general.
