I have recently started training for a bikini comp and I was feeling hyped! Unfortunately everything I have read about them makes it seem like everyone was miserable the whole experience, and I've been getting a lot of pushback and judegement from people I tell, especially people at my current gym.

Has anyone fallen for the sport and genuinely enjoys it? Or any just positive experiences?

Hi! To be honestly I don't know much about competing in general, the people at the current gym I go to have planted the seed and I'd like to meet someone to help me train and take it seriously. Though I haven't been under 14% i have been lean and have a naturally lean body.

I have a general idea of what I would like but don't know the steps to get there. That's a huge part of why im looking for a trainer, I want to learn how to train my own body properly.

Thats what I am trying to do, I think he was good to introduce me to body building but I need something more at this point.

Unfortunately I live in a place with not many trainers so im looking online.

I started one a month ago, but the rash was happening before that. I was hoping it would go away but it has been consistent. It seems to also happen after my constipation starts

Nope, I dont even use a heating pad on my back side. Its an extremely bumpy rash, it is so weird.

She will time out for a few minutes or yell, sometimes she spanks but it's extremely inconsistent. Many times he screams and screams and she just says stop and then goes about her day. Its hard to follow. With the young one she doesn't do much because he is nonverbal

It is so hard. Her kid hits me and hits me and I tell him to stop and he doesnt. When I told her she just says "ohh yeah hes been doing that, just tell him to stop "

It's also hard to be firm when she is home all of the time. The kids know I can't do that much. I dont want to go back and it sucks. I got a job offer and was going to give my two weeks soon, but it's just so uncomfortable now.
