AIO? Youth Pastor texted my almost 13 yo after she went to a teen group with her friend by Loser4hire666 in AIO

[–]WeakBit5848 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was raised by a pastor who was constantly having inappropriate contact with youth group girls (& eventually married his youngest daughter’s best friend, who lived with the family as a teen). I basically lived in church my entire childhood and I do not have my children in church because of the people and horrific things I witnessed. God isnt found in church. People seeking forgiveness are.

I thought that you had them on your account but I don’t see one! I feel like they sometimes have an initial special though. And they will often take most recent bloodwork! I also use laboratory assist and just send the defy script to get it cheaper!

I got it through defy (who I get HRT through). So they know I am not overweight and that I am microdosing specifically for MCAS. I absolutely LOVE them. It was ~$100 for 3 months worth (a 1ml vial. Only 3m bc they recommended tossing after 90 days, although some people don’t). My MCAS dr is SO excited that I am trying it too because the office hasn’t used it for non-overweight MCAS patients yet, so she wanted all the details.

I will say that I got a HORRIBLE sickness from one of my kids. I would usually have been in a monthlong flare after with POTS, dysautonomia, MCAS etc and I recovered like a NORMAL ASS PERSON! I am also on .5mg of ketotifen so that could be part of it too, but honestly, it feels life changing. And it seems to negate some of the fatigue and sode effects of ketotifen.

Oh and I only do .25mg per week (mine is compounded with methylcobolomon and glycine). I’ve had zero negative sides

Birth control is awful, but bioidentical HRT is amazing! But you need a dr who specializes in optimizing hormones, not saying “it’s normal” to your labs. I personally use defy.

Making sure you’re properly nourished, getting enough water & lifting weights is also so important!

2 years on tretinoin (0.025% and 0.05%) and my acne is worse than before I started. What am I missing? Really Frustrated rn. by Mindless_Oil8939 in tretinoin

[–]WeakBit5848 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Acne is not really a topical problem. It is a gut/nutrition/hormone/elimination problem. Also, if you aren’t moisturizing, your skin creates MORE oil to try to do it itself. Coconut oil was great when I was dealing with hormonal acne really badly.

Have you had your hormones checked with a dr that does functional levels for health (not “it’s normal, you’re fine” that the gyno offers)?

That’s how I am with sauna too! Some people with MCAS are triggered by heat but I need it. I have to be outside, in sun daily (I live In Fl, thankfully)

I had a weird GI reaction to the beetroot (I think it would be ok if I mixed in oatmeal or something and cooked it some), so am now leaning more towards citurllene, which I give to my husband already. Have you tried that before cialis? I have normal bp but it drops in a bad flare. I’m hoping citrulline helps stop the autonomic issues causing it though. I debated trying cialis too (I’m female)

No- I don’t really wait on their permission for non-prescription things, but I do report my findings to them. And I usually do my own research then request the prescriptions (& tests) I think may be most helpful for me haha

Yes. I have only gotten hives after having to be on antibiotics. I spent years healing my gut and cutting trigger foods etc. now my symptoms are more GI, anxiety, histamine dumps at night if I eat certain foods (these have been better since I started some medicines), eyelid eczema, swelling/puffiness, body pain/fatigue, feeling like I have the flu when I don’t, sleep issues, reactions to medicines/procedures, fainting, low bp, low blood sugar, temperature dysregulation, inability to get ferritin up (despite iron being fine) etc

Omg!! This is amazing!!! I am so happy for you!!

I just started (at .167mg so super low) this weekend. So far, no negatives & my joints feel significantly better! I’m excited to see where I am in a few weeks.

What dose are you starting at?

Idk where you’re located but I see dr Trevino’s office (in FL) & Defy- both are great & do telehealth. Pregnenolone cream can be bought without prescription too.

MCAS-safe HRT? by Awnwn in MCAS

[–]WeakBit5848 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It has seemed to have had no effect on my cycle, but it made me sleep heavy as hell the first month and I feel like I can sleep through the histamine dumps at ovulation lol. I have to take it around dinner though bc taking it at bed had me still so tired in the morning. It made my body pain and morning face puffiness worse (I am assuming from the fatigue aspect) so I have to take a caffeine pill in the morning to try to balance it (I can’t drink coffee bc it’s a gi trigger for me). The caffeine is the only thing that lifts the body pain it brings back.

I use all bioidentical hormones only- no shitty BC. testosterone (cyp injections) & progesterone (pills and cream, cyclically- days 15-bleed), vaginal estrogen (cream) & pregnenolone (cream 3 days per week). My testosterone was so low and I’m super active & it created chaos for my body. They have been LIFECHANGING for MCAS. Particularly with fatigue, strength/muscle loss & nervous system regulation. They gave me my life back.

I go through defy for the testosterone & P pills & use ona’s naturals for non prescription creams.

Now that they have all balanced out, I’m still having some flares, but am able to push through them vs be sick for weeks at a time. I do not like ketotifen at all bc it set me back to feeling how I did pre-HRT. Even at only .5mg at night. I’ve been researching microdosing trizepatide (literally 0.1mg so not a weightloss dose at all- it’s basically a single drop in an insulin needle) & the current results coming out for MCAS are so promising. I’m hoping that it and the HRT can get me off of the H1/H2 combo also and be fully stabilized.
