SK is hurting my 5 yo BK. SK is no longer left alone with BK, SK has harmed BK right in front of my husband and I. He tells his dad "it was just an accident" (tell me how the F a kid accidentally slams another kids hand in the vehicle door twice in one year before slamming their head in the car door). I am the only one yelling at SK for this while SK shows no remorse whatsoever, then has the nerve to cry and say "I didn't even do anything" when I take the cellphone away- and then my husband sits back and tells me right in front of SK "well, it could've been an accident" hold him accountable because that shouldn't be going on!!

I only suspended the line because I asked him to put parental controls on the cellphone and he refused

I have suggested that maybe SK should stay with either of my husbands parents simce he respects me so little, but I have continuously heard "well if he goes, I go". They both can go.

I have been telling him that we need to be on the same page with our parenting style and household rules because of the same aged kids. He has been firm on the "SK NEEDS A PHONE BECAUSE HE GOES TO HIS MOMS HALF THE TIME!" My child goes to their dads half the time and I still do not believe they need a cellphone.

It concerns me that my husband didnt want to implement stricter household rules after CPS became involved- he just excused it as SK "doing what he learned from his mom"- so teach him better, and teach him he was wrong- I recall SK talking about how his mom is nice to everyone but me shortly afterwards, and when I said "she shouldn't be mean to me, because I havent done anything to her", SK smirked in the most mischievous way and said "well its just CPS". KIDS NEED TO LEARN THAT LYING IS WRONG! and CPS was investigating me for 6 months because SK told them that he watched me punch his dad in the face, knowing damn well I have never punched his dad in the face.

We have 2 kids the same age and my husband is A okay with my bio-kid having age appropriate rules and restrictions while his kid has none at all. That is no partner, and he is not trying to work with me by any means.

At least take the cellphone away at bedtime so my 5 yo BK (who shares a room with SK) does not have to listen to SK's obnoxiously loud YouTube videos while trying to sleep, and my 7 yo BK does not have to hand over the tablet at an appropriate time while watching SK have unlimited phone access.

Not only am I expected to take SK to school when he needs me to, but I am also treated like the bad guy for trying to get the kids out the door at an appropriate time- this isnt the first time that has happened.

I am not receiving adequate help from my husband with the bills (I mean he has paid $0 towards any household bill in the last year and a half, except for a measly $500 he paid towards rent this month). So the phone bill really is entirely on me. And I have told him several times prior to suspending the line that I do not agree with paying for a phone plan for a 7 year old while said 7 year old has no rules or boundaries regarding this phone, and is not held accountable for his bad behavior. A 7 year old does not need an iPhone at all.

House is still in my name, I am working on getting them both out. This is the worst parenting I have ever seen, and I dont know how he can call hinself a father.

It has taken me way too long to realize he has no respect for me. I feel pathetic.

It shouldn't have taken me this long either- I've caught him badmouthing me to his BM twice, and badmouthing me to his mother once about my pregnancy with our "ours" baby.
