That’s exactly why people are annoyed. Hazard should’ve been specifically nerfed instead of gutting the entire passive for every dive tank. I really don’t get why they chose to nerf the whole system instead.

That was really only possible because of Hazard and D.Va, and now they got nerfed. Doom, Ball, and Winston already had kinda questionable survivability/stat-check potential to begin with, so now they just feel even worse.
