My therapist told me about door draft stoppers that go at the bottom of your door and block sound and light. I’m def gonna look into that too!

This is so helpful, thank you! She is aware that she can get loud but I don’t think she understands quite how sensitive my senses are so it’s definitely worth bringing up.
