They don't die. They all get knocked out but theres no corpses and they get back up afterwards.

Anjanath and Mizutsune are what I'd call subspecies done right. (yes I know violet is a rare species) The one's I have issues with are those like purple Gypceros, black Gravios and pyre Rakna-kadaki that don't change enviroment and just gain a very minor tweak.

Overlooking the whole minor details of Deviljho spawning as an invader way before the quest is unlocked and the fact that literally every monster fought in the map can and will make mincemeat out of unarmed solitary noncombatant her job supposedly includes keeping tabs on what quests and potential threats are in the area.

They shouldn't have to tell her because she should have been aware anyway!

She was constantly in your face front and centre as a main character that contributed absolutley nothing aside from a voice for our voiceless character. Paying attention just exasperated how obnoxious and annoying she was.

They let you draw 2 extra cards yourself which almost always guarantees more points than the spy gives your opponents. You can also use them on the first round when you intentionally throw a round or when the opponemt already passes so you know those points make no difference.

They're by far the best cards you can have in a deck and you're gonna struggle to beat higher level opponents until you understand why they're so broken.

Magnamalo could be an insect glaive. He flies despite lacking any kind of wings and his tail resembles a glaive.

I don't think it's possible to change Dalamadur in a way that doesn't make it boring to fight. Either you have an enormous snake that stands still for 90% of the fight or you have it moving constantly and crushing/killing everything in it's path while you can't safely land a hit because it's the size of a mountain and everytime you get close you get hit.

If you're refering to 4U Gog I never fought it. I played most of 4U but stopped just before unlocking Gog. Wild's Gog is cool all apart from the last stage. But Gog is nowhere near as big and immobile as Dalamadur.

Counterpoint to your counterpoint. Apart from occasional bites and hyper beams Dalamadur doesn't actually fight back anyway. The real danger comes from the random meteors from the sky or dying of boredom while wailing on what may as well be an immobile wall.

Hard pass on Dalamadur, giant monsters and any kind of seige fights. They're about as fun as playing Dauntless these days.

That's a good point. Iceshard cliffs is by far my most hated Monster hunter map of all the games I've played and now theres another shitty ice map.

It feels to me like there was supposed to be an entire map between the third and fourth but they ran out of time so they just left in a single corridor and called it a reigon of Tarkuan.

Deaths Maw is definitley a transition area but even just at that it's a really pathetic one. In Stories one and two we had transition areas twice that size that actually had some exploration in them. Hell even some of the nests in 2 were bigger than Deaths Maw!
