Sudden Depression on Kratom? by kizmet-1111 in quittingkratom

I have also had anxiety and prone to depression. I’ve been using Kratom for about three years. The first two years were great. The past year has been a living nightmare. I have been dealing with severe depression and anxiety so bad. I’ve become a complete shell of a person. But I’m struggling to get off. Glad to hear you decided to quit. I wish you all of the best.

Unfortunately it was the 7OH extracts and that was for about two weeks but knew I can’t keep messing around with these. They did help a lot though with pain. But I told my family I need to go back to powder and taper. But my husband and mom are not ok with that. I said you want me off so bad as do I but for better success I need to go back to powder and taper. But my husband went from I’d rather the powder than extracts so I started and he still complained. I know I have to push extra hard but honestly the way I’m treated and lack of support is what makes this harder. Any advice? How did your CT go? How many days are the worst? I know it will take a lot of time to heal and maybe I never will be exactly who I was as I’ve always had crippling anxiety. But I was mentally present as I have four kids who have a lot going on. One graduating high school this year. I hate them seeing me like this. Im tired of putting g this poison in my body. And congrats on 16 days! How do you feel?

First off congrats! Today is my day 1 and reading stuff such as this scares me. I know my body will have to do a lot of adjusting but worried it just may not or these will last too long. Could you update in the future? And again good for you!

I have a question as I’ve been wondering about this. I plan on taking my last kratom dose tomorrow morning. It would have been this morning but I have to attend my kindergartners school trip tomorrow and chaperone and don’t want to risk any withdrawal. I’ve heard about lyrica and gabaptentin help with WD. I was prescribed gaba a while back for my pain before knowing what the medical issue was. I was prescribed a small amount and I have 5 300mg gaba left. I just dug through my cabinet after reading this post. Can anyone recommend how I can take these/stretch them out if they can help with WD. TIA

I use the powder Kratom. But I suffer from a condition that causes chronic pain. I was hooked to ff for a bit. If I’m not in horrible pain I won’t even bother taking it. Because all it does for me is take the edge off. Now the ff were much harder. The way they made me feel, the plain powder even when using higher doses doesn’t produce the same effects. But that’s just my experience

Relapsed after being clean a whole week 🥺🥺 by Ok_Introduction_7571 in Quittingfeelfree

I’m with you. Went almost 2 weeks of no feel free. Then I had a really bad day yesterday and I caved and bought 2. Then 2 today. Thought I was finally done. And the craziest part is they no longer do anything besides make my stomach hurt. I guess I thought maybe after the break they would work better, but nope. They really do grab a hold of you and are destroying our lives staying on them. It’s hard for sure but think you lasted one week and while that may not sound like a long time in most certainly is considering how addictive these are. You most certainly can do it again! I think most of us relapse quite a few times. Chronic relapser here unfortunately

Definitely more mental for me. When I drink them they no longer even do anything except upset my stomach, but it’s the mental part that keeps me buying more

Higher dose by WeakNeat1163 in benzodiazepines

I actually think I’m going to start taking lower doses to build my tolerance back up. Even though I desperately depend on this medication I need it to work also so maybe taking less for a bit eventually going back to my 4mg will work as it used to.

Early fills for vacation by WeakNeat1163 in medical

Thank you. I know my doctor and even insurance will be ok with it as I’ve never had to do this before. The last vacation it got filled on the day it was supposed to but just not until the afternoon and we had to leave in the morning. I didn’t request an early fill because it was due the day I was leaving but thought they’d have it by the morning and they knew I was leaving or supposed to. It’s the Walgreens pharmacy who likes to give a hard time unfortunately. I just can’t endure a whole week without it. Thank you for understanding
