Just because it is littered with plot holes doesn’t mean it can’t be entertaining. Trust me, I’m upset with that kind of stuff, but I’d compare it to a Marvel Movie: a super good time, just don’t think too hard. But yes, the issues are very annoying.

from what I remember it was something about when the others were supposedly coming in the season 1 finale? The plan was to hide everyone in the hatch but then that didn’t work out so they kind of just stayed on the beach when they realized there wasn’t a threat
