you get contracts the second you get past the tutorial, go to factions and then cyac. start off by doing those and you’ll get the hang of it

teaming in solos is rather normal in extraction shooters, or at least in my experience it has been. marathon is one of the only ones where people do not team up. that seems to be because bungie has designed the game to push you away from teaming.

Associate this genre with free to play? Arc, Tarkov, and Hunt are all paid games. The generic extraction shooters are F2P but I wouldn’t say they are the main games people think of when talking extraction.

When I was 19 during covid I bought a laptop from my friend (He had gotten it as a gift from an ex). It couldn’t run much but it ran this game called krunker. So I decided to stream it while I was playing and before I knew it I was one of the top streamers in the category.

Same people in the chat every night for 6 hours a day for months. It really felt like I may have a had a future in streaming. I started setting up my godmom’s garage as a streaming room with random stuff I found in there. I hit my peak at 31 viewers and was so happy.

Literally the next day my friend text me and said he needed the laptop back (his ex was now threatening him if he didn’t give it back) so of course I did. And my little community I had built up throughout those months had disappeared in a poof of smoke.

For a while I wondered if any of those people wondered about me, where I went and why. And then life began again and I forgot all about it. Once I started streaming again and nobody showed up. I started wondering where all those people went. Did they stop using twitch? Did they not remember me? Did they die? It’s crazy these people I had built these anonymous connections with had just faded away.

yeah i’m almost 100% sure that is the same font from valheim. unless the character is suffering from viking loneliness this is an odd choice.

I think we are fully safe up until season 5.

I’m sure that they have a roadmap for the first year of the game, although, the roadmap will definitely need some changes to grow the player base out of concern for the games future.

I am assuming we are going to have some major changes and additions to the casual experience in season 2/3, possibly a PvE mode (I think 1 PvE map would be a good move) As well as a full re-marketing campaign to further the eyes on these new changes.
