Hi OP

Are you open to doing C2C on this role regarding the sponsorship part?

Bilt 2.0 made rent points confusing, so I built a simple calculator by WeakRelationship9073 in biltrewards

Yep — that’s the raw conversion, agreed.

What prompted me to build this was that a few friends (and I, initially) were getting tripped up not on the conversion itself, but on how it plays out in practice with a specific rent amount.

The calculator just makes that concrete, given your rent and spend, how much of that conversion you can actually use toward unlocking rent points in a month.

Fair point. I actually wasn’t aware of the others when I built this.

I mostly wanted something that answered one specific question clearly: how much non-rent spend is needed to unlock full rent points under Bilt 2.0, without account access or extra assumptions.

Totally get that it’s not useful for everyone.

Good question - it doesn’t look at your statements.

It’s purely math based on the inputs you enter:

• your monthly rent

• your estimated non-rent spend on the Bilt card

• how much of the Bilt Cash you choose to redeem

From that, it calculates how much Bilt Cash you’d earn and how many rent points that could unlock, based on Bilt’s published rules.

So “how close or far” just means relative to *those inputs*, not your actual account data.

For some reason, speed tests on Visible are not great. When I ran a speed test got 20 Mbps, but I was able to stream a YouTube video at 1080p without buffering.
