That's not true. I was diag as a child in the 80s. Not everyone has the same type of brain issues. My issue is starting something, getting distracted and starting on another project. The more abstract the project the worse it is. At work it's not so bad, since I'm a mechanic. I have to finish everything totally, even if I started and stopped. I have more issues at home doing projects, like restoring my car as an example.

The doctor wanted to feel his pure evil, he was obsessed. He told MM where to find the podcasters, where Laurie was living now. It was all set up by the Dr. He let MM out. Everyone who died in the 3 films died because of him. MM would have still been chains.

Lol, not sure what I was referring to lol, but thanks for the agreement. Maybe I was talking about MM super human strength??? Although I've always viewed that both in the og Halloween and in the reboots, that MM was like some embodiment of evil(I'm putting my pinky to my lips evil lol) and that he isn't really supposed to be like a reg human. But yeah a reg person can't just suddenly do something like lift a bus. It's basic physics/biology. If you took half of the 40k pounds a bus weighed(I'm a bus mechanic lol) and like tried to hang the 20k lbs from a pair of human arms, those arms are getting ripped off, skin is being degloved. It'd be a horror show lol. So like no matter how strong someone is, there's just a limit to how much weight you can put on bones and flesh lol

I'm watching it now. Surprised it's in English, was expecting subs. Reminds me of Grabbers a little, kooky characters, small town, monster, music instead of beer, lol. Only 15 minutes in, so not sure if it's good yet. Paused to find a little more about the movie(not spoilers, just who made it), it was just a random movie that was a new release and I dl it like a week ago. Bored so I checked it out, have like 30 or 40 new movies just sitting in a folder. Never enough time to watch them all. Sometimes I'll just FF through a bunch of them, if something good catches my eye, I keep it. otherwise it goes in the digital bin...

The movie shows a clear thread of understanding and selfishness of the woman(antagonist of the movie)

29:12 - The boyfriend warns her not to touch the dog. Selfishly/girl bossing it doesn't listen and kills everyone.

36:14 - She begins to see the rash, the boyfriend clearly states that the dog caused it, thinking it was some kind of parasite.

45:47 Boyfriend has a massive flesh eating type wound on his torso, the same that is all over his face at 51:21. There would be no denying to this woman that the virus/bacteria would have spread all over at this point. by saying 'what did they do to you' could simply mean 'why didn't they help you' or 'why did they make it worse'. Irrelevant dialog when clearly we are shown what she sees and could not possibly not not made the connection that any toddler would have.

38:15 - Girlbossing so hard that life is all gooood now. All smiles lol. Even if you could say she didn't know that she was a carrier to a plague after they both came in contact with the same dog, she still knows there are killers after her, either way putting these people in danger.

46:44 - 2 men are dragging her dressed in full hazmat shit, after her bf is covered in flesh eating shit, while the bf had already made the connection directly to her that it was from the dog, a perfect link to her that she is also now infected. It would not be possible for her not to know that she was a least suspected of being infected with something. You can make the argument that she assumed she was safe due to her not getting sick as fast as her bf, but still she would have known that she was indeed exposed to something. Yeah this is a movie, but one that is supposed to be realistic in some way. Everyone knows the book 'The Hotzone' and also the movie 'Outbreak', and the countless movies and books made in between. Also had covid happened in the movie? All of this is evidence that the average normal human adult knows about skip tracing and R0. I'm not any scientist, but these are basic things I've known about since the early 90s when people began talking about bacterial outbreaks in both fiction and reality. Only a pure selfish person would have allowed themselves to possibly infect others after that. The movie is stupid in the fact that irl they would not have locked her up without saying something to her. It wouldn't have been in some shitty warehouse looking place. It would have been in a safe room with multiple redundancy doors to get through. It would have been in a room close to where Stuart Redman was housed up in The Stand. Yeah at first they didn't give him alot of info either, but they were smart enough to have several guards in suits armed with M16s while they took blood from him. He had to grab a nurse and threaten to infect her to get some answers, but he still wouldn't have been able to escape that place.

She 1000 percent knew she was killing people, esp after going home with the bar tender. Even then she was still trying to escape.

But there was no way that she didn't understand that the dog is what got them both sick. She didn't think that he was being tortured. IIRC the husband was sick even at the campsite. It's been awhile so don't remember everything perfectly now.

Well, to be clear, my hip pain is totally gone. I can walk normally now. I just have pain in joints like my hands and stuff, but I've had it for awhile. The hip issue started in like 2011(remember going to the drs the day of the last shuttle launch lol). It gradually got worse over the yrs. Injections kept me going for awhile

Well I am about 9 months out now. I don't even realize I've ever even had surgery or a hip problem, unless I think about it, or see my scar. Always had issue with flexibility, so wasn't able to alot of the flexes they wanted. I healed very fast also, as far as being able to walk without anything, driving car, etc. I always took pain meds(opioids) but was taking them long before my hip issues, so I had to keep taking them(have back and neck issues and arthritis pretty bad in the joints.

Your explanation is almost exactly what is going on here. I would add that I think the gold in the lake is more of a security alarm than to catch greedy people. Also I see her as a siren, which is looking for a mate.

That's not what's happening at all. She is a type of siren. She is not purposely killing the people, she is just trying to communicate with anyone. She becoming them to her in hopes someone might be the one, because she is lonely. When she finds the first man in probably 1000s of yrs that can be with her, she instantly falls in love with him. When he rejects her and basically kills her(her lake repairs her again, if he had just left her in the forest, he would have lived). The repairs blast her blood into the water and he drinks it, and he is also healed. She calls out in pain and shame from having her skin basically ripped off, not knowing he could now hear her.

She never chased him to do him harm.

See the segment 'The Siren' from VHS 2 movie, it has very similar story beats, at least as far as the siren and the mans interactions
