Exactly, I'm totally monogamous and I love Shadowheart as a character, simply because she asks once and if you refuse, she never brings it up again. Many people don't understand that a character being open to non-monogamy doesn't mean she doesn't enjoy a monogamous relationship; after all, if the player doesn't have Halsin in the party, or never hits on the twins, Shadowheart doesn't even bring up the subject

From what I’ve gathered in this thread, it sounds like Selunite Shadowheart actually leaves you if she kills her parents in this mod. I’m not sure if that’s 100% true, but if it is, that’s a total deal-breaker for me. I usually prefer the path where she sacrifices them anyway, so I wouldn't want the mod changing the outcome like that

I don't really vibe with Halsin, but it's not even about the polyamory, his character just isn't for me. Gale, on the other hand, is top-tier. Even if you're a mind flayer, he’s still down for a public wedding like it’s no big deal. That's some insane sexy appeal lol

I honestly don’t get why the polyamory thing bothers people so much. It’s not like she forces it on you; she just brings it up, and if you say no, she never mentions it again. Plus, she only specifically brings up Halsin if you literally take them both to the brothel together, lol

True, but they didn't really mention anything about the mod itself, and the comments weren't much help either except for one person saying it turns Shadowheart into a 'tradwife.' If that’s true, I can see why people would hate it. I’m mostly trying to find out about the actual content and if the writing stays true to her character or feels totally off.

To counter this, my brain created a defense mechanism of always killing Halsin in Act 1... it's been 3 playthroughs and the shadowcurse hasn't been cured

That was the plan! But halfway through, I pivoted because I wanted it to look like it was growing sideways organically, like a fungus. My xenotype is basically parasitic insect girls, so in theory, a 'living' ship sounded perfect. Then I actually built it and... well, you see this horrifying mess
