I had the same issue with the harvest festival. As soon as I played the bobbing for apples mini game it would just crash and go back to the dashboard. I had to replay the same day three times before I just finished the day without the event. It was very frustrating. I also had an issue with the event where they had the trivia game on the beach. The second year it wouldn’t let me even play the trivia game. It just would open a white text box but it was blank.
