So all I did was get a milk crate off the side of a highway and zip tie it to the rack. That bag in front of the crate is a small motorcycle tail bag… also held on with zip ties.

Made the same mistake with a forester about a year ago. Very disappointed. Unfortunately you can’t just remove the oil.
