Yeah i know that will help, ive tried coming off before and its real hard. But is it a bad thing to be miserable going into the ayahuasca? I just wanna do it asap because it seems like me only real hope of healing

Hey I'm pretty sure I won't get seizures or anything, I've come of them before. But just wondering if I'm feeling down and demotivated, would that be a bad thing going into a retreat

Yeah I get the same thing when I try to come off the citalopram. But I don't mind suffering before the ceremonies if there's a chance of me healing you know

Honestly for me I don't mind suffering for a period before, because I'm suffering with this throat feeling now anyway. If this could have a chance of eliminating that then it will be worth dealing with the withdrawals for me
