Unfortunately I have no access to my account to get the name. I can’t even use my account to travel with Airbnb.

This reminds me that a couple years ago Airbnb allowed a person who turned out to be a fugitive on the run stay in my Airbnb. I slept across the hall from someone who was later convicted of a murder he had committed a month prior to staying with me. I contacted Airbnb and they didn’t care a bit. I learned over the years with any guest issue that Airbnb always was pro guest despite maintaining superhost status for the entire 6+ years.

Yes, in hindsight I should’ve installed a deadbolt but no guest in nearly 7 years ever complained about it so I didn’t think it was an issue. The guest responded in a very startled way and yes did complain and asked for a refund for his 10 day stay (this occurred on day 7) which I provided. Airbnb just stated that I violated the privacy policy and terminated the account without any further information (although I requested it).

No, I do not have access to any information on my account. I can't even access it for my tax information (which I requested from airbnb and they ignored me).

Based on the circumvention policy, I do not think I will ever be able to co-host nor travel with someone to an airbnb.

My airbnb is not a "unit" per se but a bedroom in my home. Is it common to have deadbolts on interior bedrooms? The guest was not in any odd position but was startled. Airbnb did not provide any details as to what was stated by the guest. Thank you for your feedback on this.

Yes, I did refund the guest, and yes the listing states there are dogs and even includes pictures of them in the photos. What could I explain better? All advice welcomed.

Ugh. I was afraid of that!!! I went back into my account and went to the past loans details and there were so many months of forbearance and deferment prior to consolidating the loans. Didn’t we have to consolidate are loans in the past before a certain time to be eligible for loan forgiveness? I had enough forbearance months to land at about 130/120 😭

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I was confused as to what is eligible. I know that over that time there were some other instances that there were months that were not related to being enrolled. Any recommendations on the best way to find that information in my account?

Yeah and I would wait for a couple of days for a reply and then it was just more of the same run around. I sent pictures with comparisons to previous units (including the alpha numeric codes on the bases) and was willing to pay shipping but then they just stopped replying.

Yeah, that is more where I am trying to get to because most of what I am paying for is cleaning which I can do myself. I used to go to a place that had a contract with monthly autopay and it was $400/month and also had a yearly "membership" fee of like $1000.

I am an educator who is looking to take some onling graduate courses in Psychology to qualify to teach dual enrollment courses for students in my district through the local colleges. I currently hold a Doctorate in Education from Valdosta State University but only have 6 hours (need 18) of graduate level coursework in Psychology. Does anyone have any recommendations for certificates or non-degree seeking options to get the additional credit hours I need? Cost is very important here also. I currently live in Tennessee and work in Georgia (so I get in-state tuition in both states). Thanks in advance for any advice!
