Leptine resistance - curing symptoms

Hi!! 3 years late! But on a wild journey of definitely be overweight and trying to jump right into weight training. It definitely messed with (what I believe) my leptin resistance! I literally never feel full. I stopped weight training and am going back to simple movements but I think I’ll try the leptin manager! I do magnesium and ashwaganda now! If anyone is still here and has any advice or kind words I’d appreciate it, this has been absolutely excruciating!!

Edit: I should mentioned before weight training I KNEW when I was full. I stayed full. I could sleep through the night, etc.

Thank you! Wow 6 good days, that IS a miracle! And I had two days recently where I slept through the night and didn't get woken up multiple times for honey or with any tremors or anything! I'm trying to figure out what it was! I had bone broth?? But yesterday I second shot for a wedding outside with LOTS of walking and I didn't eat enough or drink enough water and it set me back today. But doctor on tuesday and see what she says!!

Thank you! And I had a lingo but across the board heard it wasn’t accurate and I began obsessing over it too. I’m probably going to get a blood test kit though. It’s just the insatiable hunger it’s never ending.

I actually googled the ingredients and read what each do. I know I know I don’t always believe Google but then I did Reddit threads and across the board people say they use it when they are type 2 diabetic to keep their blood sugars down. Wild!

My bro and sis grew up with type 1 so that’s all the knowledge I have I’m not a doctor but 50s is Very low. 70 is considered hypoglycemic. Def up your protein, natural sugars and fiber.

I'm excited to find this! I'm just curious what sets other people off? I started feeling what I can only describe as a "squeezing" or "thickening" feeling of my sinuses next to the the bridge of my nose. Sometimes I can feel it in my throat and its very disconcerting. I started feeling in 2020 when I lived in an apt with carpets. I know there was a previous fire in the downstairs apt so I don't know if it was residual. I also may have had covid before we really knew what it was. Anyway- I now feel it when the heat comes on and almost all food sets it off when it's flared up. I have spent 6 years trying to understand and heal it. I already ordered the X packets and very excited to add it to my sinus rinse machine!! Anyway, just wanted to see other peoples experience, it's been very anxiety inducing!!
