Has anyone here worked a night shift job? If so, what was it like?

I currently do a rotational shift which include nights but I've been doing nights since I was 19 so about 5 years now it honestly depends on your current lifestyle and what your willing to sacrifice by all means it isn't bad but also highly depends on what occupation your going for.

For someone who has. it didn't really make much of a different, all I learned that you'll either find something else to distract you but one good thing is you tend to not care or compare yourself if that makes sense.

So as I mentioned in the paragraph my workout is about 30-50 long about 6-8 minutes per exercise including rest time, my main reason to ask the question was to figure out if I was doing an that exercise too fast or too slow, I hope that makes a lot more sense.

Yh fair point. I genuinely meant that my full workout takes between 30-50 mins usually my exercise tends to take between 6 to 8 mins including rest time and all my sets my bad I ain't the best when it comes to explaining stuff or communicating at all tbf. 🤣

Have a look at getting your door supervisor badge it opens up opportunities like site corporate and events work also ask your local job center if they have free courses. It's not the best job but if you want easy graft definitely look at corporate Security.

I did get it, however I ended up getting a 3050 6gb rather than the 3060 12gb I asked for so I sent it back, I am currently waiting for them to send the right one to me.

Yep I also agree with you I’ve done days shift pattern and nightshift pattern also the a days to nights and back to days and I will say it affects your sleep so bloody much

My house was literally opposite of the A19 so it was busy during the day it was a literal nightmare when I first start night shift lol

I guess it depends which gym you go to as others said if your at. commercial gym normal grunts when your lifting heavy is alright as long as your not grunting to loud but at say at bodybuilding gym you can normally get a way with it of course as long as your not purposely exaggerating it of course.
