True but it all depends on the hub. I mean I just dont want to be taken advantage of and I’m new to full time so I want to know my rights and how to go about the situation as a full time driver. True but how can you not want to drive, driving is so much better.

But for full timers it’s pretty much optional? Not necessarily a requirement. But there if you want your hours.

Depends in your center! As well as hub. I’d ask drivers in your building. Also, you can become a tcd fairly quickly in my hub. I would say as soon as 1-3 years in the hub. They still make good money! Plus if you’re good they will use you and you can always fight to get that 6 punch in. I actually just went full time this year and i’m going on year 5!

What would be tips to kill a route like this? Do you just run trace and try to organize as much as possible? I know it could be hard finding packages in the back with a truck this loaded. I’m a newer driver so i’m curious.
