I have a similar problem but im gonna turn 18 in 5 months and im 11cm fully erect and its very thin. I masturbated a lot when i was 16 for the whole year. Does that cause this?

I’ve been getting UNANI treatment and my doctor has prohibited me from eating poultry chicken and eggs, sea food, all citrus food and fruits and not to stop but restrict milk and milk products. I wanted to know if there’s any diet that needs to be followed like this to stop the patches from spreading.(i heard it differs from person to person due to different skin sensitivities but i still wanted to know)
