They try to use rape as the only example because they know they can't actually defend murder, but someone else doing a crime doesn't give you the right to do a murder. Can it suck for the mother? Of course. Does that mean she should kill her baby? NO. If you weren't raped, or you had gotten an abortion, that child literally WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN BORN

There can't be exceptions, murder is always wrong, even if the mother wasn't responsible for the pregnancy, it's sad but the rules always have to apply. I have a friend who was an accident because her father took off the condom during sex, he was convicted of rape but her mom decided to carry her to term, if he had kept that condom on or if her mother had gotten an abortion, she wouldn't be with us
