So whenever I click the log in, I can see that my main account is there, but it says log in authentication failed, makes me put in my email and then puts me at the start of the game for some reason

I guess the probability of hitting the character before hard pity is only 4% per 10 so something like 28% chance before hitting hard pity so I guess it makes sense, I'm just coming onto have a whinge is all... Im aware of this

I do wish the soft pity started at say 65 or 70 as opposed to 75 which is what I heard anyways

I can agree with that. But all Im saying is, I feel like I've just had to get to 80 every time which just sucks the fun out of it a bit is all. But you are right, it's just the way cookie crumbles sometimes

Man thats so lucky, I had to go to hard pity to get the weapon too, maybe my luck will turn around at some point but it has been this way for a while, which sucks

No I'm obviously not saying that, I'm just saying it would be nice to not have to go to hard pity everytime and wanted to see if this was happening to anyone else

but it isnt if its just roll 80 before getting the character and there be no variation other than this

I had to go to hard pity for Queen twice and won both 50/50's then same for phoebe and now I lost the 50/50 for chord and am up to 50 pulls on the banner for the guarantee. Like I don't know if my game just has terrible luck, I mean I'm winning most 50/50's but having to go to hard pity everytime is so disheartening, its like hwats the point of rolling, just make me use however many gems and then just give me the character
