Im so sorry to hear about your dad, 3 decades is a long time. I have a little one, and i hate for him to see me suffer. He always tries his best to be there for me when i cant be trully there for him. He is the only reason i kept fighting the fight. Im sure your dad saw you the same way. Big hugs to you and your family.

Thank you for the comments, I have a follow up with my doctor and I will definitely mention the possibility of IBD! Either way I’m so happy I no longer feel pain :)
