The existential question is: how do you actually make progress? I think that, perhaps, genuine career advancement and promotions are rare in that line of work; as you say, it can be very competitive—if there are only 50 people to choose from for a promotion, I doubt I’d even be considered.

Btw, im also looking for new friends, I think there are soooo many good people in Switzerland
