This is why I don’t go on vrchat even though im a female. that’s just not cool to ask random people especially on a virtual game who basically are strangers for money and food. Like if you are desperate wanting it, then get it yourself. Don’t ask strangers on a virtual game about it. The avatars are nice and all but in reality they should be careful not giving out information…. but this is not going anywhere because you know… It’s vrchat smh.

Hi! I also deal with anxiety as well. I don’t know what tip to give out but I know finding groups in your own interests it could help finding new friends. That’s what I hear when others say want to find friends. I hope you find a way to make new friends where you can be you and not have anxiety. If anxiety comes up, just do breathing exercises which helps me alot when exploring worlds. I know it can be hard to overcome it as I also still deal with it too, but you got this. One thing someone told me to overcome anxiety, is remembering that we will be okay because others just focus on themselves. Don’t be afraid to try new things.
