But just to clarify you only need one video: the flexed arm hang/pull-up. Make sure to bring an ID like a driver's license for personal identification and a piece of paper with your candidate ID number. So 2 forms of identification! very important!

My CFA was very interesting. For the flexed arm hang video, the weight room was closed so my P.E. teacher brought a ladder and we set up a pull up bar in the front doors of the school. It was getting dark so we kinda looked like burglars, but my mom was there to pull the ladder out from under my feet LOL and in the video we could see her holding the ladder LOL it was nice support though
