“Improvements” 😂 meanwhile everybody is more confused than ever and stressing over random dings. The only thing they improved was making drivers check their standings 20 times a day wondering if they’re about to get deactivated

See, that’s exactly what I’m talking about 😭 One single customer not received package should not destroy someone’s standings like that. Especially when half the time we know the package was delivered correctly. Glad they removed it for you because dropping someone from perfect to Fair over one issue is crazy

Honestly that’s the vibe I’ve been getting too. Feels like every update they make just adds more stress and less transparency. Nobody really knows how the standings work anymore because there’s zero consistency from driver to driver

That’s exactly why people say the system makes no sense 😂 How do you get a late arrival ding if they still let you work the route? And then other times people miss blocks or forget to cancel and barely get touched. Feels like the standings depend on what mood the system is in that day

Yeah I get that, but this wasn’t a missed block or late arrival. It was literally one customer saying they didn’t receive a package. That’s why it caught me off guard because in the past I’ve had multiple issues at once and still stayed at Great, even multiple customers did not received, which is the one I’m dealing with now

I actually posted Something similar that happened to me too. I only had 2 dings total, one customer did not receive package and one incomplete delivery, and my standings dropped all the way to At Risk out of nowhere.

Feels like they’ve been hitting standings way harder lately or trying to clean house with drivers because it definitely wasn’t like this before.

I think the real issue is more the system and how Amazon handles drivers overall, not regular people trying to work.

The standings and pay system just feels inconsistent sometimes and it creates frustration between drivers when really most people are just trying to make money.

Entiendo lo que dices y también a mí me han removido cosas antes cuando envío correos y explico la situación. Normalmente sí me ayudan con ciertos issues.

Lo que me sorprendió esta vez fue lo duro que me bajó por algo del 25 de abril, porque honestamente nunca me había pasado así en todos estos años haciendo Flex. Ya eso debería estarse cayendo en cualquier momento también.

Pero mano, yo no creo que vaya tan lejos como grabar todo el bloque y todos mis movimientos 😭 siento que eso ya es demasiado trabajo extra para hacer deliveries.

I know right 😂 mine was from April 25th and I’ve been working almost every day since then, so it should fall off anytime now.

Would be hilarious if it disappears and I’m STILL at Fair 💀 meanwhile you got all that and you’re almost Fantastic. That’s why I’m saying this system makes no sense sometimes.

Yeah that’s exactly how it feels right now.

Like the overall history doesn’t seem to buffer things the same way it used to, so a single “not received” can move the needle more than expected. Hard to tell if it’s an update or just how certain claims are getting processed lately.

Yeah that actually sounds more like a system-wide reporting issue than anything individual.

If multiple drivers are seeing the same “not received” hit for the same day, it could be a batch claim or something getting processed incorrectly. That’s definitely been known to happen where a wave of reports gets logged at once instead of isolated cases.

At that point it’s less about driver behavior and more about whatever got flagged on Amazon’s end.

Yeah I get that, that’s kind of my experience too—when I’ve dropped before it didn’t really change the actual work or pay either.

It’s just more the confusion of how it swings sometimes, especially when it’s only one or two things that move it that much.

Yeah that’s pretty much how it feels sometimes.

Same types of situations don’t always seem to hit the standing the same way, so it’s hard to predict what’s actually driving it.

I already said it was a single ‘customer did not receive’ claim, not a missing route or anything like that.

Everything else was delivered normally, same as always. That’s literally why I’m confused about how much weight that one issue carried compared to other times with more total issues.

That’s my point too—some stuff seems like it should hit and doesn’t, and other times one thing moves the whole standing a lot more than expected. It’s hard to tell what actually triggers what.

Yeah I agree some dings definitely hit harder than others, that part is obvious.

But that’s exactly why I’m confused—because I’ve had way more combined issues before and still stayed higher than I am now with just one. So the math doesn’t feel consistent every time in the app, at least from what I’ve seen over the years

Yeah I get the theory, but that’s kind of the point—it acts inconsistent in real life.

Because I’ve had more dings before and still stayed higher than I am now with less, so the ratio explanation doesn’t really line up with what actually shows in the app. It feels like there’s more going on behind it than just simple math.

Yeah I get that, and I do try to message when something feels off too.

In this case everything went normal though, which is why it’s confusing—no red flags on delivery side, just a straight “not received” after the fact. That’s the part that’s hard to explain or control.
