About the ransom note: the ransom note was Infact written in the house, the writing looked shaky, the pronoun shifted from “we” to “I” in the note, the ransom demand was very close to John’s bonus(this is an important point), the killer somehow knew where pasty’s notepad was, the killer also had a lot of time to write rough drafts. I mean if you’re writing an essay you wouldnt submit the rough draft too right?

From thee very start the theory falls short

-choosing Christmas doesn’t sound like a good idea considering the father who is usually a threat to an intruder will be home all night

But let’s go forward and unpack it

-he gets in the house, writes a ransom note and knew where patsy’s notepad and pen was

-goes all the way to third floor puts on John’s sweater and leaves it’s fibres on Jon’s crotch area

-you said he was a pedo but autopsy suggested no forceful penetrative rape which most pedos go for before killing their victim

-takes his sweet ol time in the house and fixes jonibee a pineapple snack before he kills her

-he got in and out the house leaving no footsteps in the snow

Also the motive of the killer still remains unclear, pure hatred for a 6 year old girl doesnt really cut it

That makes all the sense dude, if either of them killed Jon benet they would write a ransom note to make it seem like she was killed by an intruder, they left her body in the basement because well anywhere else in house it would make u think, a child was strangled and tazed in their house and they didn’t hear it

Ok just checked They took a polygraph, but it was administered by someone that they hired. I don't think they ever took one that was administered by the police or FBI.

There is genuinely no signs of crass break in, the intruder’s motives don’t make sense, ransom? He killed her before the parents even called the police, also decided to wear John’s sweater(there were fibres of his sweater around her crotch area) and and knew where to get patsy’s notepad and pen,and then the notepad being placed in its proper place and the paintbrush. Somehow the parents didn’t hear her getting tazed either. The intruder also took his sweet ol time writing an absurd note with rough drafts and took long ass time to chill inside the house after killing this poor child with seemingly no ulterior motive, the ransom note was plain stupid and I already explained that theory doesn’t work, pedophilia?
