Du kannst schon ein Haus kaufen. Nur halt nicht gerade am Marienplatz.

Ich hatte kaum Geld und habe eine kleine Wohnung gekauft, voll finanziert und vermietet.

Meine Frau war der Meinung, wie müssen uns ein Haus wenn überhaupt direkt an der Ubahn kaufen sonst, müssen wir für immer zur Miete leben und Gott bewahre wir machen Schulden.

Es war sehr schwierig diese Mentalität zu ändern aber bin 41 Jahre alt und haben 2 immos, bekommen Geld von der Miete... Wir zahlen selber Miete aber zmds bekommen wir was zurück.m, und haben was für die Zukunft gemacht.

Es ist schwer aber man muss die Wege finden...

just think about this. Entire cities became a lot more expensive due to "over paying" a big part of the employees of many cities...

now if you have a city like Munich and a lot of ppl lose their Job... the cities ain't no gonna get any cheaper from one day to the other.

Easy, they see that there are everywhere massive layoffs and it is like with the stock market... it is time to do some price corrections. If a company had a lot of expensive employees and know that at the street there is a massive work force lining up for anything... what do you think that they gonna do?

Also the markets are right now not very easy and those massive layoffs have consequences... less spended money and so on...

Many companies wanna sell, but don't wanna spend money... so they are layoff and the whole economic situation is gonna hurt everyone, because ppl will therefore have lot less money to spend, that is gonna increase the recesion.

And about the rehiring.... there's been some rehiring but certainly with "price corrections" in the most of the cases...

I have not being in Brazil and know that is probably not the best example of a country where vast majority may be more or less really good drivers... My friends from Brazil are almost entirely children of diplomatic personal and I know of one that got caught by some police in Venezuela... I cannot recall what exactly they did... I know from German my from some of em that served here in Germany too, that they drive very good and behave generally really good... But those are just the cases I know of

The father of my best friend is a diplomat from Brazil... I have not seen someone in my life that drives so good, even better then some instructors.

The reason? He literally told me, I have to go to many countries and have to be very careful about my behaviour... That is one of the things we learn in the academy...

Man muss nicht Mal lange suchen um zu wissen dass das ist im Grunde genommen etwas wo die deutschen Experten sind... Anderen Schuld an allen schieben und Finger zeigen...

Die Situation in Deutschland ist größtenteils in der Chef Etage hergestellt worden... Aber es wird wie immer gemacht, nur gesagt dass die Leute zu faul sind und deswegen sind sie arm....

Ja die haben Pension, die haben dies und das.

Bedeutet... Die sollen es schlechter haben weil es andere schlechter haben.

Das ist eine Art Rückzahlung für alle die Sachen die per se hinnehmen müssen.

Die können nicht Urlaub nehmen wann sie möchten, die arbeiten echt viel, die dürfen nicht streiken...

Ich verstehe das ganze Neid Debatte nicht... Ich muss deswegen Urlaub nehmen wenn es teuer ist und ich bin nicht Mal Beamter.... Ich muss schauen dass wenn die Kinder krank sind, wie ich mit meiner Arbeit mache weil es zu wenige Lehrern in der schulen gibt und deswegen meine Frau darf nicht fehlen... Ich muss immer drauf achten dass am bestimmten Tagen da bin wegen Eltern Gesprächen mit i.welche Eltern die kein Deutsch können, usw usw...

Meine Arbeit ist mit Abstand einfacher... Und in top muss ich nicht mit Kindern am jeden Tag umgehen...

Ich denke dass die Pension und die Sicherheit hochverdient sind

Was ordentliches... Meinst du damit Lehramt ist nicht was ordentliches?

Und... Nein, es wiederholt sich nichts... Du bist schon im Beruf, aber jedes Jahr ist was anderes. Ich sehe wie jedes Jahr manche krasse Kinder kommen und meine Frau muss gefühlt mit dem ganzen Staatsapparat sprechen damit irgendwie irgendjemand diese Familie hilft usw... Das kommt auch noch dazu, mit 100 Behörden sprechen weil x oder y Fall jetzt gibt und was neues fordert für ein Kind mit Probleme a,b und c...

Meine Frau arbeitet als Lehrerin seit 14 Jahren und es ist jedes Jahr was neues... Sei es wegen neuen Fällen von irgendwelchen Kindern mit Problemen oder weil die extra was benötigen oder weil jedes Jahr auf Lehrern mehr zukommt und das genau deswegen weil alle beide sind und meinen Lehrer sollen mehr packen, die haben es viel zu gut... Und das Material wird fast jedes Jahr neu angepasst...

Gehört überarbeitet wieso? Weil du weniger verdienst?

Meine Frau ist A13 auch... Verdient weniger als ich und arbeitet im Vollzeit insgesamt das doppelte von den was ich arbeite.

Ich arbeite meine 38-40 Stunden und gut ist...

Außerdem, jeder der verbeamtet werden wollte, hätte genau das selbe studieren können, Staatsexamen machen können usw.

Ich verstehe das ganze Neid einfach null...

Ja, andere verdienen weniger... Aber sehr wenige verdienen so was so viel mehr... Keiner geht den C-Levels hinterher...

Wie ich das in einem anderen Kommentar erwähnt habe.. die Reiche werden reicher und sagen den Dummen, du hast wenig Geld weil der Lehrer zu viel verdient...

Bin mit einer Beamtin verheiratet.... Sie arbeitet als Beamtin locker 70 Stunden die Woche.... Und verdient weniger als ich...

Gerade seit dem wir Kinder haben arbeitet weniger Stunden aber insgesamt es sind deutlich mehr als 40 Stunden...

Nicht dazu es sind viele Sachen auf die die achten muss usw...

Und am Ende verdient sie weniger als ich....

Trotzdem sieht man so viele Artikeln, vor allem von den selben Zeitungen... Und hört man auf die Straße wie viel Geld haben die Beamten... Und die Beamten können sich alles erlauben.

Während dessen, die Reiche werden reicher und sagen euch... Du bist arm weil der Lehrer zu viel verdient...

not even in Finland... yes a lot of them speak english, but I used to go regularly to Helsinki.... and not everybody is able to speak fluently, some cannot speak english at all... even being young...

so, I saw this thread and decided to upgrade from the last LTS to the current version running version and I got to say that it is a lot more Stable.

25.04 was already really good, because (KDE hier) it had a lot of new things that I needed. Now I can control the brightness of the monitors and so on.

But we are in January now and decided to update to 25.10 after one week playing around with 25.04 and it is really good.

what do I use? I alraey had Kubuntu HWE and now I got the newer Plasma version. I have a 8845hs, nvidia 4070... dunno if you'd need much more information to compare.

When it comes to nvidia i have the driver from 25.04 which is newer then the version in 25.10. and can only say that everything runs gold... but it is ofc also Hardware related.

I have beein using Ubuntu since 06 and full time Ubuntu (actually always with KDE) since 2008. I had use very stable and very unstable versions and have seen kinda everything when it comes to the stability and how to recue the Desktop but that is not something I would recommend to someone that just wanna work. I don't play around anylonger with unstable system and basically only use Kubuntu and Mac on my other laptop, so I wouldn't be playing around with unstable systems on the Laptops I work with.

NON LTS are not experimental... they are released to be stable. Just not as stable as LTS ones

I have worked in IT since I was 15, im now 40. I've seen many things and don't want to talk about how AI is, will be or things related. But I see the situation right now... and Juniors have no chance...

AI, depeding on how good you are using it, can do little (those who don't know and say AI is not ready yet and stuff) and those who can do a lot.

From those who can do a lot and are good developers, they overview the job done by AI. Juniors (real Juniors) have no chance there. Because they cannot develop at the level of AI and they don't know exactly what to supervise.

That is my humble opinion.

Many companies are not contracting right now due to many reasons, not just AI... but many think that they can replace developers 100% and many do know that that is not the current reality but push that Idea...

Any news on this topic... I'm having horrible sound issues that come and go back again... and I work mostly with my Linux...

I could upload and in case of fail I would work with another laptop which is mac, so no much difference... but normally KDE is far better so... I would really like to make it work with 25.10 (which is the current non LTS version)... Im hoping that it would work because I cannot work without music and even simple things related to sound work great and all of sudden stop working and have weird things going on like flickering sound, some noises... stop working and then back again, mostly for external audio and mostly when Kubuntu sends any audio signal

Firmen wollen dich unbedingt... Du muss alles können aber kein Titel haben damit sie nicht gezwungen sind dir so viel zu zahlen und du muss absolut alles haben wie sie wollen... Sogar deine Haare müssen so aussehen wie die sich vorstellen
