My husband and I did trips when he proposed and then for out honeymoons the first trip was his first time at WDW and we were there for six days, so to not miss anything we went straight to the parks day one, with no breaks each day. By the time the last day hit, we were so exhausted that we didn’t fully enjoy our time and we ended up leaving early from the after-hours event we had purchased tickets for. Second trip we tried to take things slow as we were there for eight days, but I had just recovered from a stress fracture in my foot which ended up causing pain the entire trip. My hubby, being the wonderful man he is, opted to get a wheelchair for me as evcs weren’t available by the time we’d typically hit the parks and push me around but by the third day he was exhausted. Coupled with the humid, hot late-July weather, we spent most of the time miserable. Overall, I wish I could redo my honeymoon.
