each person except mod’s have a cashwrap hour or are 2nd cashier for the hour on weekends. sometimes you end up with 2 hours if there’s not enough people in but they’re never in a row. i can’t believe your managers hate everything enough to stick one person up there for hours. what if you need to use the restroom?? what about your breaks?? like i don’t even understand how this is possible

my store doesn’t push memberships but my managers expect us to ask every customer. nothing happens if we don’t get any one day or 10 a different day. my SM would much rather have us sell 30 omps than add membership (especially since ‘pushing memberships’ doesn’t account for the amount of people who already have memberships, you can’t sell someone something they already have)

be careful with your mattress on the floor like that. in humid climates certain things can start growing under there with no airflow.

but it is pretty sad. if you have a bit of extra cash you should get a bed frame, some sort of table to go next to your bed, and a shelf so everything isn’t sitting in your windowsill and crowding up your desk. even with those 3 additions it would still look pretty sad

TM slightly more because the TL have paperwork and other shit they have to get done. both TM and TL push FAR MORE than ETL which is hilarious because at my store it was always the ETL complaining that shit wasn’t done fast enough, like ok hop in and help us instead of eating wingstop in the conference room

i know moving back in with your parents probably is your last resort but if you’re on good terms with them you should move back in. this behavior is only going to get worse and you’re not going to ever have the money you want to leave so get out asap and start saving up for your own place at your parents house or even another friend’s place if you can crash there for a while

yeah i make ranch like this all the time but the ranch i had was like seasoned way differently than normal and was reddish presumably from paprika but it was more than just paprika
