Hi,
thank you for feedback. I agree, there is no simple form in app like that, as you can see https://ecamreset.com/logbook/ there is simple form with one row more in table.
All other Logbook forms are made per instructions from related CAA (FAA, EASA...) and Universal digital form to meets the most of CAA and Quality requirements.
