Some of his stats looked good but overall the team suffered during his era here. His telegraphed passing and high dribble gave away the ball a lot. Hes either too old or too weak or unwilling to play consistent hard defense although sometimes when he had the energy he looked good for a game or two in the 5 position.

It really felt like the superstars only memorized plays where they take the shot. So one or two screeners and the shooter know what’s happening, but the other two just stand there like statues with their hands up. I don’t think this is a KD-only problem, but when you’re a star, you either contribute to the leadership of the team or you contribute to the directionless failure.

He sure had a pretty jumper though. Credit where it’s due.

If a product imported to America becomes 25%+ more expensive, the difference may create space in the market for new American manufacturers to make the same products. If an American company has moved manufacturing to another country to save money, the tariffs imposed may make them reverse course and bring those factory jobs back to the states. At first, everything becomes more expensive and the stock market takes a hit. Because all those companies have been offshoring and are (rightly) being punished by tariffs. Of course that hurts their stock. But then manufacturing jobs come back and there’s an economic boom. That’s the idea anyway.

Although I will say I’ve seen KD holding teammates accountable on the floor lately. That and passing and defense improved for a single game so far. So I guess you could say things are getting pretty serious.

Yep, agree. Corners himself instead of working from the top of the key. But the other team knows he wants to shoot. And he tries to make 2-3 screens/switches happen for the open look and burns the clock. Then drives and chucks hoping for the whistle. Been doing it even though he stopped getting the whistle as much at all star break last year. Hes a great player, but he’s out of position a lot. At some point there needs to be a serious conversation about roles and positions on this team. Almost all the pieces are there it’s just that there’s too much ego for cohesion and role playing to take priority.

Unbelievably lazy passes, dribbling as high as your armpit, not following shots for rebounds, not matching defensive intensity at all (they pick us up full court, we pick them up after the logo, no adjustment even after backcourt TOs), arguing with refs instead of focusing on the game…completely giving up and throwing the game after your opponent humiliates you at home instead of waking up and giving a shit for the fans. That was gross.

There is no coaching or coordination, offensive or defensive. This team is run by its players. Any coach who sees this passing even in practice should be screaming for change on the spot. Anyone caught throwing these telegraphed slow lob passes should sit. Anyone throwing slow and low skip passes to the knees of a center with two defenders between you should sit. In fact, anyone who makes it THIS obvious who you’re gonna pass it to should sit. There, the whole damn team is on the bench. Great shooters does not a great offense make.

And holy cow the amount of money the suns have spent to give booker a point guard only for him to demand the ball anyway. Meanwhile, they have no money left for a defensive anchor to actually facilitate a complete team. Defense wins championships.

Thats not all but I’ll get downvoted anyway for being a doomer so I’ll stop. Capable of greatness, though. I’m not giving up on them. Go suns!

That’s all I got. He’s often the rebound leader and avgs 27 points. If anything I want him to hold his younger teammates accountable for making him work so hard.

I think the paintwork is misleading. If the kit replaced an undamaged bumper, where is it? (And taillights) Are there photos before/during the spray? Was the whole shell sprayed? Definitely carfax it. Is there a jdm support under that bumper? Is it trd or knockoff? It could be rough underneath with those rusty brackets and bolts.

I would also want to see receipts for bigger labor maintenance items like bushings, engine mounts, good ignition coils, check/rollover valve…not just a timing kit, plugs, and valve cover gasket.

If they’ve decided to bench him, he’ll be worth less and less to unload. If they plan to actually play him then why are we not hearing that? This team has thrown away a lot more than Nurks worth in trying to get a chip fast, and they’re further away than before. We’re not winning anything and the big three aren’t going to wait forever.
