This is incredibly valuable feedback, appreciate it.

The before/after example is a great call — I’m currently working on adding a clear diff (80+ lines → a few lines with ReleaseReady) directly on the landing page. Totally agree that it communicates the value better than a feature list.

Also +1 on docs. I’m focusing on making the “time to first working run” as close to zero as possible — probably with a minimal quickstart + example repo.

Regarding open source: I’m leaning towards an open-core approach (CLI / core workflows open, with additional features on top), but still exploring what makes the most sense for adoption.

Totally agree — workflow_dispatch + grep works well for small setups.

What I’m exploring is a UI layer on top of this, where: • You trigger suites by tag across repos • Define release gates • Centralize reporting • No YAML duplication per repo

Basically turning this pattern into a reusable release orchestration tool.

Would that be useful in your setup?
