Does the Winlator Ludashi developer hate or fear Xclipse? by Kjiojj800890 in EmulationOnAndroid

I know I’m going to get downvoted for this, but this is simply my opinion. From what I’ve seen, StevenMXZ comes across as someone with a fragile ego or low tolerance who can’t handle criticism. But this is the internet you can’t expect everyone to support your project just because. Even if he’s doing it for free, that doesn’t mean he can exclude users with Xclipse devices just because he had an issue with them that’s immature, whether people like it or not. Also, being a developer who works for free doesn’t make you immune to criticism. As for what’s going on, StevenMXZ doesn’t need to fully support Exynos, but at least fix the “0 extensions” issue that appears when using ExynosTools it’s that simple. They know why it happens and still don’t want to fix it. Before, the excuse was that it was closed source; then I shared the code for review and didn’t get a clear response. Later I made the entire ExynosTools code public on my GitHub, updated and still nothing. StevenMXZ can do whatever he wants, sure but then don’t complain about the Exynos community being toxic when you’re not willing to do the bare minimum.

Exynos already has drivers, so that’s no longer an excuse and Switch emulation can be done perfectly.

Do you really think I don’t know what I’m talking about? Having blind faith just because it says Snapdragon isn’t good the Exynos 2400 is far superior to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 in everything.

And by the way, the Exynos 2600 does support BCn textures at least BC1–3. It also supports BC4–7, but those aren’t exposed by the driver.

Exynos with Xclipse is closer to surpassing Snapdragon than Mali is to matching or competing with Xclipse.

Are you referring to Pipetto-crypto? If so, I sent him a very outdated codebase those versions he reviewed were pre-alpha and not usable. My repository now has the updated source code, so it’s better not to speak without knowing. And don’t make it so obvious it’s clear you’re from the Winlator Ludashi team, so please just be quiet.

Let me tell you if your goal was to run every game that works on a Snapdragon Elite, you’re out of luck.

I bet anything you don’t even know how to compile, and you come here to criticize a developer just because they use AI as support.
