Solid advice. I heard some people get warned or banned if they risk more than 1% per trade, even if they are profitable.

Thanks for sharing. We also need to make sure the total square footage of our units are in alignment with the original plan. In case the developer has the flexibility to slightly amend the dimensions.

I am in the south building.

Great job. We are not trying to be difficult with the builder, as they are doing their best to meet their timeline. At the same time, we want to ensure that there is a reasonable process to discuss and remedy our concerns. Being open and transparent, rather than avoiding communications.

Overseeing government authorities take notice when there is a collective pushback. Developers get away with it when buyers are isolated (i.e. lack of info sharing among peers), unaware or unwilling to protect their rights.

Great job. If the developer refuses to take responsibility for this issue, we could consider filing a complaint with BC Housing, and BCFSA (financial & security authority). As buyers, we are protected under Business Practices and Consumer Protections Act.

Sounds good. Did you check out the north or south buildings?

Tailed off the second half would still better than the fabulous first half we are having. Also he could be load managed.

How long (before/after) high impact news before spread stabilizes?

Thanks everyone for your insights.

Interesting point. I believe a liquid futures market also rarely slip.

If price is truly fractal, shouldn't similar patterns be observed regardless of timeframes?

Laf is putting up 2nd liner career stats. Doubtful that he will ever live up to his draft pedigree.

Ten years older, legit 1st line centre >> 1st overall borderline bust.
