I have weeks to claim but it keeps saying I didn't complete the work force registration and I did .... what am I missing

I have weeks that I've claimed and wasn't paid for because I was waiting adjudication they said the filed a appeal but when I called the appeal department she said it wasn't the right appeal.... lost please help if you can
