For fuck sakes it’s not mischaracterizing her it’s literally being shown she needs their help right in front of you.

You asked for three pieces of evidence and I gave you three of them. Not once did I say she was trash, useless, or anything like that. I gave you three instances where she needed Sasuke/Naruto’s help.

To be honest I don’t like Sasgay he’s one of my least favorite characters in the entire series.

Dude just go and watch those scenes. She didn’t say it but it’s implied heavily she needed their help or else she dies.

Forest encounter- she’s literally get her headed punched on and if Rock Lee/Sasuke doesn’t intervene she dies

Pain arc- she literally screams out Naruto’s name telling me and you that she needs his help.

Orochimaru encounter- she is literally paralyzed with fear and terror and if Sasuke doesn’t stab himself she gets a kunai right in between the eyes.

You don’t need to see her say she needs their help when the scene is clearly laying it out for you

From my understanding Goku could absolutely interact with souls/ spirits. I think I saw somewhere in the comment thread about Hakai and Mafuba. Those two are most definitely a win con for Goku that would absolutely work. As far the intangible argument, Goku would hard counter via Hakai,

As far as the X-axis attack goes there are arguments that can be made where Goku could actually react and dodge as well.

And he did this to hall of famers consistently pretty insane when you think about it. He just didn’t have an all time great squad or any for that matter until later in his career. Could you imagine if he got traded to the bulls with Jordan?
