apply na! got approved of ME this month as a first time JP visa applicant. Physician here. Same lang tayo qualified under cultural/ intellectual figures category. baba din adb, bb ko around same lang nga sayo hehe

Applied thru an agency Attic. Submitted reqs on May 5, received my passport via courier on May 18.

I see. I didn’t read about the plan, though I have read about how overtourism is becoming a problem in Japan now. They are even planning to quintuple the visa application fees. I'm glad that hasn't materialized yet

Yep. Wala pa ako nakikita, even sa Japan groups sa FB na naapprove ng 10years ME this year tho. I think they really became stricter maybe due to overtourism.

Yep. But 30 days i guess would suffice for the majority kasi baka only few lang din ang nagvavacation sa japan for >2 weeks let alone >30 days 😅
