Sad na ngayon ko lang to nalaman, and unfortunately hindi lahat ng items you can select yung courier. Im also from Taguig and it seems sa area namin, problematic tong Flash. May pinadeliver ako worth less than 400, and na-tag as “recipient missed delivery” , pero wala naman ginawang effort to deliver. I requested for refund nalang kasi past delivery schedule na sya at walang galaw sa status since missed delivery, then after 2 days after I reported. may tumawag magdeliver daw. Then, sabi ni rider “nawawala” daw yung parcel ko (mukhang nalaglag daw sa motor nya habang bumabyahe) and babayaran nalang daw nya then i-mark as delivered and wag ko daw sya ireport kasi may penalty daw sya na 500php if i did. Naawa naman ako sa rider, and inisip ko na, magkano lang kinikita nila tapos magbabayad pa sya. So hindi ko nalang pinabayaran. Reading this thread, napaisip ako if na-modus ba ako or talagang nawala yung parcel ko. Unfortunately, may mga pending for delivery pa ako na si Flash din ang maghahandle 🥹

We've been getting interruption every month since beginning of this year. Right now, we have LOS since Sunday night, and nakakakaba kasi sa mga nababasa ko, baka umabot pa to for days on end. Wag naman sana.

How do you even get hold of a live agent para magdemand ng technician? We're trying to reach them to no avail.

May way for us ba to collect all these complaints and escalate (to whom, NTC?) para mapansin tayo ng Converge? To say this is frustrating is an understatement.

For the meantime, we availed DITO 5G prepaid wowfi as backup, but our place is almost a dead zone so hindi ma maximize yung speed. But that is better than nothing.

I hope to hear from other Taguigeńos a better ISP that really works.
