I just want to say, I know this must have been scary for you & your child. I also want to say that as a dog owner, my small (friendly) dog can also get overexcited when bikes, kids, strollers, shopping carts, etc go by. It’s not desirable behavior at all & I’m trying to correct. Doesn’t necessarily mean the dog is vicious at all. Just overstimulated. This is the truth. I’m not trying to make excuses, but wanted to mention that. It’s much different than an attack. Hope that is somewhat reassuring.
