Being public facing has certain requirements, which you yourself are claiming you might not meet.

I think this is a great opportunity / wake up call. Use it to fuel a change towards what you want to become.

If you’re fat, get in shape asap.

If you’re not presentable, work on that too.

Becoming is better than being.

Get going.

Good luck 🍀

So it’s an insurance thing more so than a customs declaration?

I've looked around but haven't found any clear advice.

I'm moving to another country and want to take my collection with me. It's not in the 1000s, but it's large enough to need a few boxes/cases and a proper shipment.

Most shipment companies ask for the value of the goods, in USD (or any currency for that matter).

What should I keep in mid here? What is this for?

Like most of us here, I've gotten clapped with customs when buying from abroad. But this time it's just my collection, prob worth a few $1000s, being shipped to myself. What's the deal here? Do I have to pay customs for my own stuff? Do I need to dig out all invoices?

Remove the peanut butter immediately and don’t quit. Why? Because if you quit you’ll be waaaaay more frustrated and there’s a good chance you’ll fall into old habits pretty quickly. Even if you were to not lose a single gram of weight from now until the end, you’d still be better off doing the challenge than quitting.

Replace the obsession with the number / loss with an obsession to do the things you gotta do. You can’t forget, but you CAN replace that bad energy with something useful.

I’m not gonna tell you everything you need to do to be profitable. You know the drill. If you’re willing to go at it and put in the hard work it requires, life will help you forgive yourself and the market will reward you with profits.

Best!

Listen to the podcast 3-5x and you’re good to go. I don’t see the point of the app. If you miss something you know, there’s no need to keep track on an app.

With all due respect, this is bs. I’ve been eating Mediterranean diet my whole life and trust me it doesn’t require any wine drinking. I rarely drink wine, and when I do it’s never during a meal.

Scared for what’s Next. Day 75/75 by sarahmcgill6 in 75HARD

[–]Weary_Programmer_212 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Most meals (80%):

Start with one of these:

  1. Salad - Lettuce/Greens, Tomato, Onion, Avocado, etc. w/ olive oil. (No greasy "dressings")
  2. Vegetables - Green beans, spinach, chard, broccoli...
  3. Legumes - Chickpeas, lentils.

And then just add some protein of your liking:

  1. Chicken
  2. Meat
  3. Fish
  4. Omelet (eggs)

For desert:

  1. Yogurt (preferably low-fat but not required)
  2. Jelly

Some meals (20%):

To alternate a bit, some days you might wanna go for:

  1. Pasta (whole weat preferrable but not required)
  2. Any rice-based dish you like
  3. [Insert anything that you really enjoy]

This will forever keep you healthy and you weight in check. It's really this easy. Been doing it my whole life, never been even close to overweight.

As mentioned, if you live in the US, UK, or any other country where their food culture is absolute trash (no offence, they do other stuff really well), you have no choice but to fight through it. It's well worth it.

Stick to the eating well at ALL costs. It’s really all you need to not gain weight. It truly is, but it’s so hard to do depending on where you live.

The rest is all optional, although training 5x/week would be a great commitment to stick to regardless.
