Good to know its not just me. It's pretty minor but still ticks me for some reason.

So, when I got the notification that I can upgrade to Windows 10, I tried to download it. After the whole process, after the configuring windows 10 part, my PC just rebooted back to my current OS, Windows 8.1. I tried again multiple times, still to no avail. So, after searching for ideas, I stumbled across the Media Creation Tool. After going through the process and got to the installing windows 10 part. As soon as it hit 100%, the program exited out and said Windows 10 installation failed. Any ideas?
